While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability for our services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

SaaSTEMLY's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.
